Our Mayernik Center Wedding Photography turned out great! The couple got dress at the Mayernik Center. They did a first look before going down to the North Shore of Pittsburgh with the bridal party to get pictures done that time would not have aloud between the ceremony and reception. The couple got to spend time with the bridal party and have more of a relaxed day because most of the pictures were done prior to the ceremony. They also got to spend more time with each other. After the ceremony was over we did some photos of the families before the couple went into the reception and joined their guests for cocktail hour which would not have been possible without doing a first look earlier in the day. There are so many advantages to doing a first look prior to the wedding ceremony!
The Mayernik Center at Avonworth Community Park is a great venue for a wedding. The Mayernik is a log building with a wrap around porch surrounded by beautiful landscaping. A perfect setting for your wedding ceremony and photographs. Featuring 18′ cathedral ceilings and a stone fireplace in the main room. The Mayernik Center is the facility to choose for the most unforgettable wedding.
